Eight World Cup matches at MetLife between mid-June and the final on July 19 will pull hundreds of thousands of visitors through North Jersey. Hospitality venues, retail blocks, sponsor activations, fan zones, and transport hubs all need signage — much of it last minute. Our production floor in Newark is open, staffed, and minutes from the stadium.
Procurement teams have largely placed their long-lead orders. What follows is the wave of last-minute, change-of-plan, and we-just-got-the-contract work that fills the calendar between now and kickoff.
Hotels and restaurants within driving distance of MetLife refreshing storefronts, windows, sidewalk signage, and outdoor watch-party setups for a six-week surge.
Property managers wrapping vacant storefronts, branding common areas, and adding wayfinding before visitor traffic peaks.
Experiential agencies producing brand activations, fan zones, hospitality suites, and press environments. Used to NDAs, league brand standards, and tight approval cycles.
Transportation providers, parking operators, security firms, and event-services vendors adding vehicle graphics, credentialing signage, and operational wayfinding.
Host municipalities and quasi-public buyers with WBE/DBE participation goals. Our Port Authority of NY & NJ WBE certification can be applied directly.
A vendor fell through. A contract closed late. A scope expanded after a walk-through. Tell us the install date — we’ll work backward.
Standard event formats we can produce, deliver, and install on accelerated schedules across the Meadowlands corridor.
Full window takeovers, perforated vinyl, vinyl decals, and removable applications sized for any glass-front footprint.
Hemmed-and-grommeted vinyl banners, mesh banners for high-wind exterior runs, and pole-banner sets for streetscape branding.
Logo-tiled backdrops for press conferences, hospitality lounges, and red-carpet moments — with stand systems or wall mounts.
Branded shuttle and transport fleets, sponsor wraps, and quick-turn vehicle decals. Single vehicles or coordinated multi-vehicle programs.
Foamcore, coroplast, PVC, and rigid sign panels for credentialing, parking, line management, and operational wayfinding inside temporary venues.
Floor-rated vinyl for walkable graphics, full wall wraps for activation spaces and pop-ups, and column wraps for transit and concourse environments.
Damaged panels, sponsor changes, last-minute logo updates. Same-format reproduction off existing files when the original spec is locked.
On-site installation crews for setup and removal. Temporary event work is installed, run, and pulled within the engagement window.
Three things separate G1 from out-of-state vendors bidding into the region for this tournament.
Our shop is on Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark — a straight shot up the Turnpike to East Rutherford. We can deliver, install, and revisit a job inside the same day. Out-of-region vendors can’t.
Procurement teams with WBE or DBE participation goals can apply our certification directly. This is a meaningful procurement advantage for host-area public and quasi-public buyers, not a marketing line.
We’ve produced branded vehicle programs for the Brooklyn Nets, exhibit graphics at Battleship New Jersey, and event-driven installations across the region. We work to brand standards, sign NDAs, and treat hard deadlines as the constraint they actually are.
Realistic production windows for the most common event signage formats. Custom fabrication and permitted exterior signage need more lead time — talk to us early if that’s the scope.
Comfortable window for most formats: banners, window graphics, step-and-repeat, vehicle wraps, wayfinding sets. Send us files and we can plan, proof, produce, and install on a relaxed schedule.
Standard rush window. Most printed and vinyl formats are achievable. Approvals and file readiness become the gating factor, not production. Get on our schedule early so we can reserve press time.
Call us. Banners, window graphics, foamcore and coroplast wayfinding, step-and-repeat reprints, and day-of swaps are often doable with print-ready files in hand. Permitted exterior signage and full wraps usually aren’t.
No. G1 Graphics is an independent commercial sign shop. We produce signage for businesses, venues, and agencies operating in the region during the tournament window — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by FIFA or the host committee.
For standard print-and-finish formats with print-ready artwork, often within a few days — sometimes 24 to 48 hours. The constraint is usually approvals, file delivery, and permit cycles, not press time. Tell us the install date and what you have in hand; we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Yes. Permitted exterior work — channel letters, illuminated signage, anything structurally attached — needs longer lead time, especially in municipalities tightening enforcement ahead of the tournament. Temporary banner and window work generally doesn’t require permits, but local rules vary. Ask us during scoping.
Yes. G1 Graphics is a d/b/a of Omni Distribution, a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise certified through the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. We can provide certification documentation directly to procurement on request.
Yes, routinely. Sports and entertainment work regularly involves brand confidentiality around activations, sponsor reveals, and venue programming. We’re comfortable with standard NDAs and approval-cycle workflows.
Yes. We work to provided brand standards documents, submit proofs for approval before production, and color-match to brand guides. We’re used to the iterative approval process that comes with major sports, broadcaster, and consumer brands.
Off-venue installations — storefronts, hospitality venues, fan zones, sponsor activations — yes. Inside MetLife itself, that work is controlled by the stadium operator and the tournament organizers; we’re not an authorized in-stadium vendor. Anywhere in the surrounding host area, we coordinate with property owners on access and timing.
Hospitality refresh, sponsor activation, fan-zone build-out, last-minute reprint. Send us the scope and the date — we’ll plan production, install, and strike from your event timeline.
